The cousins play so well together by Lars Plougmann
Kids are getting used to seeing screens more and more at a younger age. It starts with us getting them to say 'Hello' to friends and relatives over a video chat. Then they start playing with phones, and soon they are playing on bigger devices. When they start playing independent games, it's time we found them safe and suitable apps.
Here's a list of 5 apps suitable for younger kids whetted by Common Sense Media:
Kids can have fun with 22 Thinkroll characters through this maze, where something or the other is always happening. Good for memory, problem solving and spatial recognition skills.
Cut, grow, blow dry and color hair - how can kids resist this?! Great way kids can experiment with parents keeping their hair!
3. Writereader
Kids learn how to read by writing, yes writing. As parents we help our kids speak by repeating things they say, getting them to say things after us and slowly correcting the. here the same is done with writing, via a child writing a story and parents/teachers correcting the writing.
Kids get to build a truck - from scratch. Body, paint job, wheels, engine, everything can be picked, built and ultimately raced.
Great way for kids to explore the world - people, geography, history and culture.
This summer enjoy the outdoors, but when it's hot and the kids are inside, make sure they play on safe apps.
